Dean Street Listed in the Scoop by the New York Times

December 17, 2012

We’re pleased to announce that Dean Street has been included in the Scoop, which is a new guide to local restaurants, bars, events, and experiences compiled by the staff of the New York Times.  An excerpt from the listing is below:

Dean Street has finally found its sweet spot, thanks mostly to the chef, Simon Glenn, and his killer New Orleans-style food. This unassuming neighborhood bar — complete with jukebox, TV and friendly, local crowd — now happens to be a pretty wonderful restaurant as well.
— Steven Stern

Come on down to Prospect Heights and check out the restaurant and bar out for yourself. We offer a large selection of beer and cocktails as well as delicious, New Orleans flavored menu by our Executive Chef Simon Glenn. Dean Street Brooklyn has a daily happy hour from 4 to 8 pm everyday.

Dean Street is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, nearby Barclays Center, which makes it the perfect place to stop for a meal, drink, or snack before or after an event at Barclays.
